Meet The Staff

NATALIE KENT, Senior Executive Director

Natalie Kent, Senior Executive Director, came to The Crossings at Bon Air in 2011. She was born and raised right here in Richmond, VA. Natalie started out as a teacher before entering the health administration field. She has a Bachelor of Science, Health Education, a Master of Education, and a Master of Science, Health Care Management. So she comes to us fully qualified as well as experienced. She has a lot of great ideas for our residents, employees and for the community itself. Welcome aboard Natalie!


Christy Boatwright is our Administrator for The Crossings at Bon Air.  She joined us in 2012 and she has been a welcomed addition to the team.   Her career in this industry began as a C.N.A. then becoming a LPN, next as a Director of Nursing and then an Administrator.  She has worked for other communities in the Richmond area coming to us with lots of experience.  Christy is probably one of the nicest people you could ever meet and she always puts the residents first.  Christy is always smiling, speaking with residents and meeting families.  We hope you get the chance to meet her too!

SUSAN LEE, Business Office Manager

Susan Lee is the Business Office Manager and "came with the building" being hired before the doors were even opened for business in 2009.  She is a native of Norfolk, VA but moved to the Richmond area after marrying a local boy Jimmy Lee.  Susan loves to read, enjoys knitting (she knows only one stitch!), collecting stamps, and traveling.  She credits her grandmother for being the guiding force behind her career choice.  If you have any questions about monthly billing, signing up for the Direct Payment Plan or just want to chat please stop by the Business Office located in the Assisted Living lobby.

CHEF RANDY MORRISON, Dining Services Director

Randy Morrison has been the Dining Services Director and Executive Chef for The Crossings at Bon Air since 2009. He comes to us most recently from the Book Binder's Restaurant in Richmond, VA. He has received culinary training from The Educational Institute of the American Culinary Federation, Inc., Richmond Technical Center, and Purdue University to just name a few. Randy is married and has two daughters. Although he may be the tall silent type the quality of his dishes speak volumes. Everyone from the residents, their families, and our staff are enjoying the wonderful meals Randy and his staff are creating and so will you. Bon Appetite'!

DINA BERRY, Harmony Square Director

Dina joined The Crossings in 2010.  She coordinates the activities programs and events as well as working closely with our staff and resident's families of Harmony Square.  The residents just love her laugh and smile each day.  She has a strong passion for working with the senior population and it shows thru her caring and warm personality.  Dina has two teenage boys that keep her busy at home with their guitars and drums.   Being from North Carolina you just can't help but love her!

DIANNA STANEART, Marketing Director

Dianna, Marketing Director, started working for The Crossings in 2009.  She loves working with the senior population and their families.  She believes that everyone deserves to live a happy and fulfilled life, free of worries and fears.  Her motto is "Everyone deserves to smile at least once a day!"  Before our residents even move in Dianna is busy making preparations for their arrival, alleviating fears and anticipating needs.  The most successful move-ins are those that leave the new resident immediately feeling at home.  Dianna enjoys traveling with her hubby Bob, hanging out with her 5 children, reading, and going to the gym.  Dianna looks forward to getting to know you and "welcoming you home!"

TRACY JANICKI, Program Coordinator

Tracy Janicki joined us in 2012. She has worked in this field both in Central Virginia and her native New York. Speaking of New York, she hails from Buffalo, although she much prefers the Virginia weather. Thrilled to be part of the CABA family, she is looking to bring new and exciting activity opportunity to our residents. She is an avid reader and crafter, as well as having a lifelong love of music and the theater. She is also a self-proclaimed computer geek who loves to incorporate new technology where ever she can. She spends her "free time" researching medieval European history as well as participating in the Society for Creative Anachronism, an international medieval re-enactment organization. She is also a traditional archer and fencer. Keep a close eye on the Activities Calendars to see what she comes up with next!!!

MAYNOR SUAZO, Maintenance Director

Maynor Suazo is the Maintenance Direct and is the newest member to The Crossings joining the team in 2013. He has been working as a Maintenance Director for ten years and knows he is going to do a wonderful job. Maynor loves to travel especially to Hilton Head Island, SC where he goes just to relax. Welcome aboard Maynor!

KAYE HOLT, LPN, Healthcare Coordinator

Kaye is our Healthcare Coordinator, joining the team in 2013 and we are very excited to welcome her aboard.  She comes to us with a lot of nursing experience and we couldn't be happier!  We hope everyone will get to know Kay as she tries to remember everyone's name.  Her bio and picture will follow.
