NATALIE KENT, Executive Director We are very pleased to announce Natalie Kent as the new Executive Director at The Crossings at Bon Air. She is a Richmond native and has many years of senior housing experience in both independent living and assisted living/memory care. She is very eager to meet everyone and September 12th will be her official first day. Picture and more bio info to follow. Welcome Natalie! |

SUSAN LEE, Business Office Manager
Susan Lee is the Business Office Manager and comes to us from another senior community. She is a Norfolk, VA native but moved to the area after marrying a local boy Jimmy Lee. Susan loves to read, enjoys knitting (she knows only one stitch!), collecting stamps, and traveling. She credits her grandmother for "guiding" her into her current line of work. BLAKE BERG, Maintenance Director Blake Berg is our wonderful Maintenance Director here at The Crossings at Bon Air. He makes sure everything is running smoothly and is ship-shape. Blake comes to us with tons of experience received while serving in the U.S. Navy, college, and past experience with another community. He has a positive "can do" attitude and is willing to go that extra mile for anyone. Blake is happily married with a family of six. If you haven't met him yet he is that tall guy with the big smile. His office door is always open so stop by and say hi! |

CHEF RANDY MORRISON, Dining Services Manager
Randy Morrison is our Dining Services Manager and Executive Chef. He comes to us most recently from the Book Binder's Restaurant in Richmond. He has received culinary training from The Educational Institute of the American Culinary Federation, Inc., Richmond Technical Center, and Purdue University to just name a few. Randy is married and has two daughters. Although he may be the tall silent type the quality of his dishes speak volumes. Everyone from the residents, their families, and our staff are enjoying the wonderful meals Randy and his staff are creating and so will you. Bon Appetite'! |

JILL KUSLITS, Marketing Director
Jill was the first employee for The Crossings at Bon Air! She grew up in Michigan and received her BA and MSW from the University of Michigan. (Go Blue!) Her career in the field of long term care includes the nursing home, home care, assisted living and retirement industries. She has served in a leadership role on various senior boards and advisory groups in the Richmond area. Jill loves cooking, wine tasting, traveling, and vacationing on her "fantasy island" of Ocracoke Island, North Carolina! Meet with Jill today about joining our community. |

DINA BERRY, Harmony Square Program Coordinator Dina is the newest member to our team. She will be involved with coordinating the activities, programs, and events as well as working closely with our staff and resident's families of Harmony Square. She has a lot of great ideas to be implemented and is ready to get started. We know the residents will just love her laugh and smile each day. She has a strong passion for working with the senior population and it shows thru her caring and warm personality. Dina has two teenage boys that keep her busy at home with their guitars and drums. Being from North Carolina you just can't help but love her! |

SARAH SIMMONS, Marketing Director Sarah grew up in Ann Arbor, Michigan and made her way to The Crossings at Bon Air after receiving her B.S. in Health Education from Clemson University and her M.Ed from the University of Texas at Austin. With a passion for healthy living, Sarah's overall goal is to help individuals enhance their quality of life. She does that by sharing her knowledge of and experience in the health profession; and by acting as a resource to seniors and their families. Sarah loves anything relating to the outdoors including running marathons, biking, camping and wakeboarding. Her favorite time is spent with her husband raising their son Oliver, but she also has a hidden love for cooking and renovating houses. |

KIM JACOBS, Healthcare Coordinator Kim is the newest member of the "CABA" team as our Healthcare Coordinator. She comes to us with a strong nursing background and is very involved in the care of our residents. She is never without a smile and definitely wants everyone to know she is a proud supporter of the Washington Redskins! |

DIANNA STANEART, Move-In Coordinator Dianna loves working with the senior population and their families. She believes that everyone deserves to live a happy and fulfilled life, free of worries and fears. Her motto is "Everyone deserves to smile at least once a day!" Before our residents even move in Dianna is busy making preparations for their arrival, alleviating fears and anticipating needs. The most successful move-ins are those that leave the new resident immediately feeling at home. When not working or spending time with one of her 5 children, Dianna enjoys reading and going to the gym. Dianna looks forward to getting to know you and "welcoming you home!" |
